Pushkar Lake
- Vinay Kumar: Pushkar Lake is one of the greatest attractions to visit the place. It's in the center of the city and one can view it from far too. The best time to visit is during sunrise or sunset. The local market is good which is open early morning till late evening. There are many cafes nearby which offer great views and food
- Prerna Fatnani: An age-old beautiful spiritual place where you can find peace and traditional pieces of art still alive in the streets of Pushkar.
Brahma Temple
- Mohit Bagayatkar: The Temple is very calm and peaceful. This is a unique temple and the only temple of Brahma in the world so people from around the country and the world visit here. Closed from 1-3pm. Busy during the festival days. Waiting time 10 - 20 mins based on the crowd. Steps and no wheelchair access. Inside the temple, scripted stones is mentioning the names of donated members. There is a traditional way of sticking a red bindi on the temple wall and tying a rakhi-like thread on gates for many unsaid reasons. However, the security guards deny such belief and don't allow you. It is located right in the middle of the market. There is a ground located nearby where pashu mela is conducted during October and November. This year till 27th November there will be events happening. Worth a visit once you are in Ajmer, do not miss it. It is accessible to reach via bus from Ajmer bus stand. Buses are crowded and take 1 hr to reach. There are several small temples nearby to visit after completing this one. Good place for women shoppers.
- Michael Fultz: A very special temple with devoted worshipers. The more you pay the longer you can pray. Beautiful inside where you can't take pictures and many places outside to buy stuff.
