History

The place started as a local worship spot because of the Jharni Mata statue in a cave. But then, about four years ago, some pictures and videos of the waterfall went viral on social media. Just like that, it became a popular tourist spot! The waterfall, which is pretty unique because it flows all year round, has played a big part in attracting visitors.

Getting There: The waterfall is about 75 km from Pratapgarh district. Now, getting there is a bit of an adventure because there’s no proper road, just a path made of rocks and stones. If you’re planning to drive a small car, it might be a bit tough. But once you get there, especially during the rainy season, you’ll see it’s worth it!
